Junaid Ali is the Chief Executive Officer for Prismecs and eINDUSTRIFY, Project Director for GE Power and Senior Project Manager for APR Energy. He has led energy industry projects that have delivered 1700 MWe for leading clients worldwide. He excels at driving performance at the highest levels of global business and meeting the complex needs of clients and project stakeholders worldwide.

John Hardy serves as Chief Development Officer at Prismecs, leading business growth, market development, and strategic partnerships. He supports Prismecs’ expansion across energy, infrastructure, and industrial solutions, helping drive long-term commercial growth.

Seth Moore serves as Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Energies, bringing extensive experience in oil & gas industry experience particularly in pressure pumping, energy technology, and operational leadership across global markets. Seth has driven the development and commercialization of VortexPrime™, a patent-pending direct-drive natural gas-powered frac pump technology designed to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and environmental performance. With expertise spanning hydraulic fracturing, technology innovation, and field execution, Seth continues to advance next-generation energy solutions through engineering-driven approaches, system optimization, and operational excellence.

Eric Bateman is serving as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Prismecs, bringing extensive experience in power generation, distributed energy, utility infrastructure, and industrial power solutions. He leads strategic sales growth, key customer relationships, and market expansion, with experience spanning temporary power, utility resiliency, power generation equipment, and mission-critical energy applications. At Prismecs, Eric supports the company’s growth by connecting customers with integrated energy solutions, including power generation equipment, EPC/EPCM, O&M, and distributed energy services.

As Senior Vice President of Strategy – Digital Transformation & Marketing, Aisha leads enterprise-wide initiatives at the intersection of digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and brand growth. She brings extensive experience driving digital and commercial transformation across healthcare, industrial, social platforms, and technology-enabled services, with a focus on scaling impact in both regulated and consumer-facing environments. Her experience spans the design, build-out, launch, and scaling of digital platforms; the integration of data, analytics, and AI into product, marketing and customer engagement; and the development of GTM strategies that align technology investment with measurable business outcomes. She has led cross-functional teams through complex transformations—modernizing digital infrastructure, improving customer experience, and accelerating market adoption across healthcare systems, enterprise customers, and community-driven platforms. In the healthcare sector, her work has focused on supporting mission-critical services through digital enablement, data-driven decision-making, and trusted brand positioning—bridging clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders. In parallel, her experience in social and consumer platforms has informed her ability to build engagement-led growth strategies, drive adoption, and translate user insights into scalable digital products and campaigns. Across her roles, she is known for translating complex technical, regulatory, and market requirements into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth, operational scale, and long-term value creation. Her leadership emphasizes transformation with accountability—aligning people, platforms, and performance to deliver sustained impact.

Sean Edwards serving as VP of Manufacturing at Catalyst Energies, leading equipment reliability, manufacturing operations, and maintenance strategies to support advanced and high-performance energy service operations. With extensive experience in oilfield services and industrial operations, Sean has contributed to the development and deployment of next-generation frac technologies, supporting a rapidly growing energy services organization with operations across the U.S. and a team built on more than 100 years of combined industry experience. His expertise spans asset optimization, preventive maintenance programs, manufacturing processes, and operational improvement initiatives, driving enhanced equipment reliability, safety performance, and execution excellence across complex energy operations.

John Collins is the Vice President of Global Commercial Operations record in different sectors that he has worked in, such as oil and gas, maritime, and power generation. John has hands on experience in every field he has chosen to work for i.e., being a deckhand, a captain, a plant manager or a managing director as he has always wisely used his previous experiences to achieve company goals.

Mina George serves as Technical Program Manager at Prismecs, leading the technical execution of global power generation projects through successful delivery, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, OEMs, and contractors. With more than 17 years of experience in the power generation industry, his expertise spans utility-scale combined-cycle power plants exceeding 2,000 MW to flexible aeroderivative and distributed generation projects. He has led the installation, commissioning, startup, and O&M of power generation equipment from leading OEMs, including GE, Siemens, and Mitsubishi, across more than 10 countries worldwide. Mina is a PMP®️ and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), combining technical expertise with program leadership and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Mitch Bridgeforth is an Executive Board Advisor at Prismecs and a seasoned power generation leader. As co-founder of PPG Energy, he brings extensive experience in energy infrastructure, project development, and operational strategy, supporting Prismecs’ growth in power generation and industrial solutions.

Dr. Asif Ali, MD is a preventive cardiologist and physician-innovator recognized for his leadership at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare infrastructure, and energy systems. He serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta College of Medicine, and is a partner at Houston Cardiology Consultants. He is also the Founder and Director of the Cena Research Institute. A native Houstonian, Dr. Ali earned his BS in Biology from Trinity University and completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Medicine with advanced expertise in cardiovascular imaging. For more than a decade, Dr. Ali has been deeply engaged in cross-sector technology transfer spanning medicine, oil & gas, energy, and aerospace. Working alongside engineers, data scientists, and geophysicists, he has helped translate imaging, signal-processing, and AI methodologies across traditionally siloed industries—addressing shared challenges in reliability, scalability, and infrastructure resilience. His technical collaborations include adapting echocardiographic ultrasound principles for advanced imaging applications and advancing cloud-streamed, AI-enabled medical imaging platforms that support real-time diagnostics across distributed healthcare environments. Dr. Ali holds national leadership roles with the American Heart Association, serving on its Health Technology Advisory Group and AI Committee. In industry, he advises and serves in executive medical leadership roles for multiple health-technology and energy-adjacent companies, including advising Prismecs on the design of energy-resilient healthcare infrastructure. Across academia, clinical medicine, research, and industry, Dr. Ali’s work is unified by a singular focus: building resilient, intelligent systems where healthcare delivery, data, and power infrastructure converge.
